Playing football I stretch my body to the extreme. Over the years I have picked up numerous injuries; but after practicing yoga with Stephanie on a regular basis all my old injuries have gone, and I feel 100% better in my body. I am stronger, more resilient, and much less likely now to be knocked out of the game. I would recommend yoga to anyone who wants to get the most out of their sporting career. Having recently been traded to Houston Dynamo, one of the things I miss most about Edinburgh are my sessions with Stephanie. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and great fun too.
